So, instos can buy at 22cents, retail cannot buy. Then, instos flood the market dumping their shares at 28cents, they profit a bit until there's no demand, shares drop to 22cents (or less). Instos made some money, retail get r@ped (as their holdings are worth less), Directors still collect their pay checks... Everyone is happy, because who cares about retail anyway?
Rinse and repeat, all across the ASX.
