I don't hate this - there are some good drilling results already and gangfeng are exploring in the neighboring area. Feels a little like a distraction from Wolfsberg, but we will see how that pans out. As others have said this will add weight to the SA refinery. If nothing else then this transaction surely helps to firm up the value of EUR's holdings in CRML by using CRML as currency to buy a lithium project valued at US$10m. Seems Tony has figured well if the ASX won't place any value on CRML shares he may as well use them to go shopping. Can't really argue with that. They are going to have to close the gap sooner or later.
