Looks like the market is starting to see that the stars really are aligning for this strategic project.
Side note for an announcement ( if it happens, still no jinxing ),
For our japanese friends it would make a lot of sense to schedule a signing this week and then enjoy a holiday in Australia next week as it’s one of only two times in the year that there is a decent break ( Golden Week starts at the end of this week ). Two birds, one stone.
Back to the chart- any close above 70 cents prior to a good announcement is a great place to start.
