I don't post very often but do check out HC daily and am aware of the stigma that has attached itself to Hartley's.
One could understand their trepidation in valuing stocks so as not to be seen pushing their own agenda but in this case we have Rocksource saying the chance of success is greater than 50% yet Hartley's only give it a 20% chance with no explanation as to why they feel it has less than half of Rocksource's estimation of coming off.
Damn strange way of attracting investors imho.
