Why has the toxicology report not been released yet. The Russians had the toxicology reports out on the Crocus City attackers within 24 hours. It has been over a week.
They will either hide the fact Joel was on drugs, so they can get mileage out of mental health and online posting or they will wait as long as possible so they can set the narrative. In the mean time, many of us know this guy was a drug addict, who fanaticised about killing, took a cocktail of drugs, suffered a god complex psychotic episode and went on a rampage.
Find the guys who sold the drugs and charge them with manslaughter.
