    Huge amount of vapid speculation LYC/MP & Gina's grab bag of RE assets with virtually nothing of any substance to suggest a strategy that might add value to either the parts or the whole, which clearly would be totally dependent on a rapid expansion of ex China downstream demand, primarily magnetics. I'd note NdFeB manufacture doesn't appear within Gina's range of expertise, and Japan/US involvement far more critical than Chinese.

    Interesting to note Metal Events tomorrow:

    09:15hrs “Demand side solutions to market dynamics”, by Amanda Lacaze, CEO, Lynas Rare Earths, Malaysia;

    I'll suggest AL will spell out the obvious, only way West is going to break free of China's self interest RE, and create some sort of true economic value around NdPr in particular, is by rapidly building out NdFeB & PMM manufacture at scale ex China, it will be her thoughts on the best way of achieving this that will be most interesting, perhaps even some sort of progress report.
