I don't see why everyone is so stressed, this has to be the 50th time that HIO has dropped a surprise (unsurprising but unannounced) cap raise on us.
My only hope is Regal doesn't get a ridiculous mates-rates fleece the sheep rate so they can just dump shares onto us every time there's even minor movement for the next year.
If they just do it openly and fairly then whatever no harm no foul, I just want them to get the cash they need to get this project going, certainly wont be the last cap raise...
