Who initiated this process, the Catamarca government or Galan?
This is the very first, and obvious question, I would have asked at the meeting today.

Did Galan receive a government letter unexpectedly, and out-of-the-blue, telling it the royalty would be increasing to 7%?

Did Galan then request an immediate meeting with the government to clarify the issue, hence the two suspension extensions?

Did Galan then attempt to mitigate the downside to announcing such a change in circumstances, by requesting a commercial agreement with the Catamarca government, and a smiling photo opportunity?
If so, then it did not work, the stock was sold off heavily today and down 14%.
Let's also see what tomorrow brings.

It is clear to some, that insiders have more information as to what really happened here, behind closed doors, and that retail holders as usual are largely left in the dark to swallow whatever is couched in sometimes nebulous language and released to market.

If this is such a great deal, then lets see ALL directors buy heavily on market now at these low prices.
Many holders deserve to be instilled with some renewed confidence.
