Merchant would be able to deliver a stronger message by not posting non stop and flooding the threads. Posting share price screen shots on down days as if to rub it in to holders is also very disrespectful and below the belt.
Why he has singled out MNB as opposed to so many other small companies companies with even worse management performance is a mystery. Maybe he realises how successful this company can be if they start executing.

The majority of current holders including myself are angry with the recent raise specifically due to the free options. Personally I would have supported the company with a capital raise at 7c without the free options. If it would guarantee the funds to construct the phosphate plant, I would think many holders would support that. Maybe my understanding is simplistic and I have missed why this was not possible.
It's a concern that the top holders needed the free options sweetener to participate. Do they not have confidence that the company can successfully commission a basic phosphate fertilizer plant?
Do they not realise the damage this raise after such a long suspension has done to the company's reputation and investor confidence?

I am still backing the company but unfortunately my faith is in management's hands. Lindsay needs to do whatever it takes to get the money. He needs to try get the government more involved first to get the funds or get Carrinho to participate.

It's not a lot of money and if he can't organise it then a financing specialist needs to be brought in. Show holders that you believe in the company and sacrifice salary now and holders will be happy to reward Lindsay when we have a successful phosphate plant up and running.
Whether it's giving up 75% of the green ammonia, We would still be in a great position if the project went ahead. The priority has to be the funds for the phosphate plant. Missing the July deadline would cripple the company and they would be at risk of losing the projects.
Unfortunately it's frustrating to have no idea of how our funding discussions are progressing. I just hope Lindsay realises the urgency of this deadline.

Good luck to all holders. That includes you Merchant.
