This acquisition is adding to the EUR portfolio. Wolfsberg project belongs to CRML. EUR has nothing to do with Wolfsberg moving forward. CRML and its management will be fully responsible to operationalize the mine and produce Lithium.

EUR should now focus on converting CRML shares to cash so it can develop projects in its portfolio. Should have sold some % as part of the IPO.. but we've spoken about that a LOT. Raise $25M and start drilling projects that have drilling permits.

EUR needs news flow in the form of exploration results. Multiple rigs at multiple projects simultaneously. The market wants to see action on the ground not in the boardroom. Time to add REAL shareholder value.
