What Australia needs is either a stable population or a much higher level of home constructions.
If you look at homes being built the majority of houses go to owner occupiers & the majority of apartments go to investors.
So ending CGT/NG will impact houses & apartments in different ways.

Australia needs to look at the construction of homes, population management & taxation in unison.
Successive governments have been completely incapable of doing this.
