Did you read the announcement? I mean the most obvious error in your post is referring to rock chips when they clearly took soil samples. Its an important difference because with rock chips we know that there can be some sampling bias, they pick up rocks or chip away at things that look nice. Soil sampling, they dig out the dirt at regular intervals without knowing what's in the ground at their feet.
