you are looking at what oil price is now ......NOT what russia are getting for their oil ......BIG idfference !
The $60 cap .....and the dependance on China meaning a big discount when China buys .
I understand that discount was of the order of $15 per barrel .....and their is some mucking around with transhipment to (very thinly) disguise sanction busting that costs a little too .
Then there is the big loss in gas sales .
