"The Issue Price represents a 18.2% discount to the closing price of A$0.0055 on 27 November 2023
and a 23.6% discount to the ASX VWAP for the ten trading days prior to 28 November 2023"
Possibly and indication.
The company(88e) will have a number in mind that they will want to raise, the brokers will also have a number in mind that they think they can sell, should the discount and/or sweetners meet the market. Those numbers are not always the same.
Bear in mind, these CR's are typically followed by a news release that can often result in a short term trade.
Just my thoughts.
