Due to a combination of a falling share price and several years of EPS growth, CLS's stock has de-rated form close to 50x to high-20 times P/E multiple (mid-20x if R&D expense is normalised).
That, combined with EPS growing in the high-teens means the multi-year under-performance of the stock has finally run its course, I think.
