- Basically the majority 1.5 mill worth of shares would of been arbitraged (sold above 7 cents to buyback at 7c) under the plan, which in turn tilted this drop in the first place xd, and then left an unknown lid (possible shares still arbitragable) on the sp in a weak market environment leading to a further decline and the ability for people to top up for less. It shows that 269 people never expected it to drop below 7c. This lid is gone now which in turn removes that pressure at the 7c mark
