Help, I may have missed something, but I don't recall an announcement saying Fortis have secured a new site. Yet the quarterly says "...project site changes" and "... integration of the new project site". This could mean a site has been secured or maybe still waiting on finalisation. It would be unlikely for them to sign until this is confirmed. Maybe GC will answer this one.
