Does not the very fact that they have set into motion a plan to potentially (speculating) 'not show bias' in fact shows bias?

the very nature of the action reflects this.

the very same as asking for a prenup days / weeks before marriage. Has no legs to stand on.

if there is a clear disregard for nopta recommendations and they then base there decision on what? Bias..
- not the gas crisis we find ourselves in.
- not paying some of the highest energy prices in the world as an energy exporter..
- not as a carbon capture development.
- not in the jobs and industry sustainability it offers.
- not on the clear disregard for 100s of wind turbines approved in the same location...

so how then do they argue it..


make that make sense. So if they reject, what then is it based on if not bias?
