To get this I divide the number shares plus the OB's (as I would be surprised if the O's would be in the money- which is approx 490,157,000) into $100,000,000 which gives you about 20 cents a share and values the rest of the company at zero - but this is pure speculation and definitely not advice - this may turn out to be conservative and the O's may have to be included as the share price goes beyond 20 cents - would be interested is anyone else has a view
