I also heard third hand from someone in the industry that Bill mothballed work at Woodlawn to delay the required staged payments to the vendors. Anyone have first hand info? @Plummage
If true then could explain some selling off that started a few months ago as obviously like Rothy says, Woodlawn start up has been delayed.
