As I have said in previous post instos now own at least 58% of NEU and the weak handed retail shareholders keep selling to the instos .I know a lot of the non insto shareholders in the top 20 .and it is fair to say they are all interested in an exit from the company at a reasonable premium to the existing price .I know there has been a lot of talk on how much the company is worth but in my mind the small shareholders have next to no influence of the potential takeover price ,once the suitor has 50.1% the small shareholders can whistle dixy on how much the company is worth .
