Some of the VRCs so called shareholders should never be in small caps. For me this is a positive announcement. Deals take time. The customer wants to know more about the financial side of the Bunyu project. Which shows the customer is looking at funding it after the trials are completed. So far this is the most positive thing I've heard since buying this stock few years back. Even when the funding is approved some on HC will have something to say about it eg: binding off take is in favour of the customer etc...Some people just like to complain and drag the SP down even if they own ( supposedly) shares of the company.
