The reason I'm raising this is because when you've found a property, you don't go out and buy the furniture until you've signed the contract. This is of course a matter between Fortis and the property owner, not directly Hazer's business. Perhaps that is why we haven't had an Ann. It is however a crucial step for the project to proceed.
