I believe the environmental approval process is expected to some take two years.
And why not be allowed to mine in a sanctuary? They’ve already allowed exploration to take place, so the area certainly isn’t being viewed as ‘off limits’. My guess is that there will be some additional hurdles that will need to be addressed in getting approval to mine in the sanctuary area.
And by the way. The environmental approval process is never a lay down misere for any mining operation.
