Tig, what is the point of Putin's "special operation" / invasion ?

was it to thwart the threat to Russia ? but who would threaten Russia given it's vast nuclear arsenal ?
everyone knows that would be M.A.D for NATO or the US
was it to flatten Ukraine? - what does Russia gain from that ?
was it to send 100s of thousands of young Russians to their certain death, not to mention Ukrainians
was it to show the world how ineffective and corrupt Russia's military is ?
was it to destroy Russia's economic future ? Russia will only come out as a shadow of itself

tell me , what was the point of it ??
