You keep bringing up the 9.6 million of trade payables (deposits recieved from customers)... they are not moneys paid to rft... they are moneys loaned to rft by suppliers... And if they don't take delivery of the orders they (or in this case the liquidators) may/will ask for it back.
Not to mention the stock that RFT has on hand, of which, potentially AUD 5 million is custome built for Tritium... They may have to fire sale this, or spend more on labour to reconfigure it to suit other customers...
