anyone here who thinks they will have a say on takeover pricing or decision making is delusional, IMO.
That decision will be - as @LittleT has alluded to - made by a combination of the NEU executives and board and enough of the top shareholders whom will vote in unity once an offer is made (that they accept as reasonable).
Yes anyone else can buy and sell when they like - as mentioned its your choice - but none of us (well, except maybe @LittleT) will be influencing any takeover decisions or pricing.
