Not so sure it is the slam dunk you have stated here Hunter. Personally I think the wait for RC220 safety and tox report is the most 'at risk' my RAC investment has been. This isn't a rubber stamp approval, it's a series of test that must achieve uniform results, any unforeseen complication with precipitation of the drug could see it fail.
Saying that, I also trust the work that RAC and Ben Buckley did would hopefully have foreseen any and all of these issues before going to testing. I'm still buying as funds permit. Just expressing that safety and tax approval is not written in stone. I will be one very happy speculator when/if it comes through!
