Very valid points that you raise and I have always been excited by the prospects and I still am. I also understand the game (call me cynical) but the system can make it hard for so many emerging players. Most can't survive the capital requirements to prove themselves. SI is a persistent bugger. He hasn't wavered. So there's that.
Deals with large players can accelerate the potential to achieve future approvals and cashflow. Something that could take SI a very long time indeed. If he's around coz lets face it he isn't getting any younger. That is in the back of my mind also. How he play it from here if approval for Remestemcel-l is achieved will be interesting.
Everyone has a price, longevity requires massive time and money, connections and persistence to play the game on your own. Its not impossible but how likely is it?
