AUC ain't going to be developing a mine based on current valuations. It's just not possible to be raising the kinda of money required to take the project into production and this appointment is in a NED role. Not someone who is going to do the grunt work to take this project to a mine ready state.
Just need to F the project off already, take the offer and stop stuffing around
