Maybe not quite that simple. He wasn't able to sell about 40m shares at CHM or 30m shares at RAD on market to get the $1.2m. IMU was the only stock to achieve the goal without a complete sp destruction. Of course he could have taken out a loan or sold off market to his Bell Potter buddies or to Lind but if he was in a hurry then IMU was the best way to do it. And looking at his share holding value then even you have to admit that IMU is his most valuable asset.
The only way your assumption is correct would be IMU's sp going down below 2c by tomorrow, then IMU could become his least valuable asset.
