@Ironman50 got any good oil on this litigation? Is it still on for 6 May, which is only 12 days away? I see RIM, and its SP, being in a world of pain if GPR implodes should the convicted fraudster Giovinazzo fail in defending claims against him.

With Victorian Supreme Court hearings imminent it is more important than ever for SHs to understand how much GPR have paid to date of their $2.1M commitment? They should have paid nearly $1.4M by now based on the ASX announcement of 14/12/23.

The only recent announcement has been about the issue of 1,540,402 shares under the Company's Incentive Plan. These were issued at 1.25 cents on a day when the SP was 3.4 cents. There is a further 250M oppies not exercised in the background for the Board and others. I have strong personal thoughts on these ASX practices, SHs should not be complacent.

Come on Board - how about updating SHs with more than your own fiscal gains?
