it might imply economics are proven and getting better with capital costs as per DFS and mining pricing likely to be a bit lower than in the DFS. I thought it was interesting they mentioned Henan Yuguang in great detail on page 5, perhaps they are trying to highlight this factor more clearly to prospective institution buyers ?
