    The current BOD are compromised.

    They should seek external assistance to put forward 6 new potential INDEPENDENT BOD appointments, with experience in winding companies up, followed with a vote by Shareholdrs to appoint 3 of those to the Board and the current BOD resign on the new Director appointments.
