I'm glad I was restricted to fast food by my parents, as a kid as I always wanted it. From my studies all fast food is bad. The food to eat is breads, pasta, root vegetables, grains & fruits. "Dom do a excellent pepperoni 95% of the time, a stomach desired & will overide the brain in its desire.", fast food is addictive and unhealthy, just have to say NO.
