No I am not.

You seem to be implying every refugee is fleeing because their lives are in danger.
I am sure some are, but for some tat is not the driver.
They just want a better life economically.

I don't blame them, I would do the same. (ditto @Scott th Ratbag )
I feel no obligation to help those in that category.

You seem to believe that there is a problem with our culture and it needs to change.
Yet I dont see the same call for cultural change from you on the places that they are coming from.

Its nice to help people, I have a preference to make life better for those here already.

I am a Darwinist, if other places wont accept constructive help and cant sort out their society then life will run its course.
That is the history of humanity.
