You’re correct about them always needing deals. They just never came like you suggested they would. You seem to have no idea about what is going on here. They have no money and $1.85m isn’t even close to covering their debt obligations. This thing looks cooked and the only M&A looks to be a fire sale for peanuts. There is no strategic review happening. There is no money.
