Their announcement showed they don't care about shareholders. I had to dig a lot to discover why cash dropped by $49.2m. It's a material movement that needs explanation, hence the sell-off when the announcement hit the market, because investors think cash was potentially misappropriated.
I'm assuming everything is normal, for instance no material events undisclosed.
Alternatively the slow down in EBITDA growth in Feb24 and Mar24, coupled with only a 6k increase in Kogan First subscribers who will be hit with a $30 annual fee price increase spooked investors.
I don't believe the reduction in revenue was unexpected. For me that was fine, as long as NPAT grows.
