I'm with Rolf on this one. CHN buying ENR is nonsensical, likely an act of desperation given they have a very weak portfolio (Gonneville is hyped Tier 3 junk). Overall recent history has shown CHN mgmt to be a bunch of amateurs who don't act in their shareholders interest.
I would be stunned and very disappointed if Paul & Co would make such a strategic blunder.
