I am assuming many have missed this important snippet (courtesy of @Leapzig) on the other thread. In responding to the ASX on the US EXIM funding support, ASM have advised that they are likely about to receive a Letter of Intent from EDC also in funding support for Dubbo! Expect a decent share price boost when this drops IMO.
