Just as good a case could have been written up for Brittany given her lies as well. The big ones about having doctors' evidence in particular supports the sex scandal being required a few weeks before the patsy was picked ( a drunken letch who plies young woman with alcohol all night ).
I can mount a good case and Justice Lee would do a better job if he decided to dismiss some of Brittany's evidence, like he did with Bruce, then mount his case with the rest that remained.
Having done so then the rest of the case on defamation and damages proceeds from that point in the normal fashion.
