I came away thinking that de-risking after PL5 is likely a very sensible strategy. I sold a chunk after PL4, but regret not selling more (and not timing it better. Standard)
PL5 should, in theory, have a very high chance of success. Announcement of success and (hopefully) further improved metrics should give a share price boost on the way to PL6 being finished.
Could be a solid time to take some money off the table.
