I made a pumpkin soup yesterday. Went for brunch with a friend and then we each bought some shopping. We had a big chunk of pumpkin and comparing our results with each other this morning. Two litres very happy, now in freezer.
oh, need to take some out again for Anzac day... no watching share market... I need to find some cooking idea perhaps....hmmm
