Kind of blows the pro Kremlin fictional propaganda about the “Nato threat” out the window no? As you say yourself to be really at odds with that fictional “Nato threat” propaganda, “Becoming a part of Nato officially is just a formality, and no strategic significance”. Kind of tells us that Putin is lying about the "Nato threat" and "Nato expansion".
