Go and do some research.
I agreed with what Vinny said on Ppsa.
What Gharp said was 100% wrong.
The Ppsa has absolutely zero to do with exploration lease periods.
Pedpa covers production and exploration agreements and time frames.
Ppsa is the financial framework.Any future agreement would have to be at or around industry standards or Zim would kill the industry before it even starts.
