I think that JL may have just beaten good ol' Confucius though for the wisdom of the week award with a collection of quotes including 'STX completely broke by the end of year' based on ‘no knowledge of how the gas industry works' and a not knowing ‘how to cost the works program' because 'I really can't add' but I 'stand by my figures'.
