Gee, can you believe this part of the announcement below?


“ and to ensure he is fully aware of his director fiduciary and statutory responsibilities”

Maybe they should also make themselves aware of these responsibilities, ie;

1.Half yearly and full year accounts not being lodged.

2. Disclosure obligations.


Nooo, that’s not for them.

It’s only for some independent proposed directors I guess.

The arrogance and narcissism runs deep with these knuckleheads imo.
