Agree with both of you, and even if BCC does get the JV, and the purchase is not dilutive, and the debt interest rates are competitive, I still then wouldn't know how viable this purchase actually be? Zoleo in its current iteration, at best, in the middle of its lifecycle (likely closer to the end) so effectively RP has 'skimmed the cream' from the JV over the last few years AND they get bought out at the end of the product lifecycle...a win-win.

It is not looking good, holding till arbitration wraps up to see this disaster of a holding to the end.
