plumber to fix small leal cost $350 ...

break toilet $400....

sink repairs $300.....

block drain.... $450....

you think it cheap?????

5 to 10 percent is around $2k to $4k a year.... on repair....

so.... you still want to blame landlord...

why not blame the banks they making billions on interest rates...

im making a lost.....

even before covid... i was making like $5k profit only....

now im down $20k....
