dont blame the landlord .. blame the banks and government..

you balme landlords which they play by the game...

banks dont play by the game... they set their own rate...

they making record profits....

the problem is... you blame the small guy but you dont ever dare to blame the banks and government...

examples..... food prices are crazy high... but woolies making record profits and increase their margin....

they want landlord and tenant to fight each other while ignoring the big fish....
